· Features a wide capacitance range from 0.1μF to 1500μF and voltage range from 4 to 50 WVDC.
· Available in low profile sizes: XL, AL, BL, CL, DL.
· Precision molded case with flat surfaces for vacuum pick-up, laser marking, and bold videcon-readable polarity.
· Compliant terminations with a glue pad on the underside for bonding to the circuit board prior to soldering.
· Encapsulant material satisfies the UL 94 V0 flammability classification.
· MSL (moisture sensitivity level) per IPC/Jedec J-STD-020B is level 1.
