DESCRIPTION
· The PFC-2416-3 is a magnet float designed for proximity instrumentation controls, featuring a PP foam housing and a ferrite Y10 magnet.
FEATURES
· Axial magnetic orientation with a remanence (Br) of 215 mT.
· Coercivity (HcB) of 143 kA/m and (HcJ) of 203 kA/m.
· Maximum energy product (BH) of 8 kJ/m³.
· Magnetic moment of 4.1 x10^-6 Vs cm.
· Operating temperature up to 80°C.
· Float density of 0.7 g/cm³ with a weight of 4.45±0.3 g per piece.
APPLICATIONS
· Suitable for use in environments where the medium density is at least 20% above the float material density for secure functionality.
· Customizable types, alternative magnet materials, and high-temperature grades are available upon request.
