DESCRIPTION

· The PI3DPX1202A is a DisplayPort 1.2 compliant, low-power DP Redriver.

· It reads Aux-channel Link Training data, configures output swing/pre-emphasis, and calculates EQ automatically.

· The device reduces signal jitter and compensates for PCB-related losses to optimize DP performance.

FEATURES

· Compliant with DP 1.2 Specification, supports data rates of 1.62/2.7/5.4 Gbps.

· Features high-speed inputs with internal 50 Ohm pull-down and ultra-low power design.

· Includes Aux Listener for link training, supports sink Request test mode, and pseudo-adaptive equalization.

· Offers pin control for EQ, Output Voltage Swing, and Pre-Emphasis, with DP and TMDS output mode selection.

· Supports Hot Plug Detect and Cable Detect functions, with automatic lane power down and ESD HBM protection of 2kV.

APPLICATIONS

· Suitable for Notebooks, AIO, Desktop PCs, and Graphic Cards.

· Used as a DP1.2 Redriver with Aux/DDC Switch in DP++ Host CPU and dGPU setups.
