DESCRIPTION

· The PI3PCIE3412A is an 8 to 4 differential channel multiplexer/demultiplexer switch designed for high-speed signal routing.

· It supports switching of 2 full PCI Express 3.0 lanes to one of two locations with minimal signal attenuation.

· The device features a unique design technique that minimizes impedance, channel-to-channel skew, and crosstalk, aligning with PCI Express specifications.

· Suitable for applications up to 12Gbps, it is ideal for routing PCI Express 3.0, DP1.2, USB3.0, SAS2.0, SATA3.0, XAUI, and RXAUI signals.

FEATURES

· 4 Differential Channel, 2:1 Mux/DeMux with PCI Express 3.0 performance at 8.0Gbps.

· Bi-directional operation with low bit-to-bit skew (10ps max) and low channel-to-channel skew (20ps max).

· Low crosstalk (-35dB@4 GHz) and high off isolation (-22dB@4 GHz).

· Low insertion loss (-1.3dB@4 GHz) and return loss (-21dB@4 GHz).

· Supports DP1.2 - HBR2, HBR, RBR with a supply voltage of 3.3V.

· Operates in an industrial temperature range from -40°C to 85°C.

· Available in Pb-free & Green packaging: 42-contact TQFN (3.5 x 9mm) and 40-contact TQFN (3 x 6mm).
