DESCRIPTION

· The PI4GTL2034 is a 4-bit GTL−/GTL/GTL+ bus buffer.

· It operates with GTL inputs and outputs up to 3.6V, suitable for higher voltage open-drain applications.

FEATURES

· Functions as a 4-bit GTL−/GTL/GTL+ to GTL−/GTL/GTL+ bus buffer.

· Operates from 2.3V to 3.6V.

· GTL input and output tolerant up to 3.6V.

· Adjustable Vref from 0.5V to VCC/2.

· Allows partial power-down.

· ESD protection exceeds 2000V HBM and 1000V CDM.

· Latch-up protection exceeds 200mA.
