DESCRIPTION

· The PI4ULS3V08 is an 8-bit bidirectional bus transceiver designed for asynchronous communication between data buses.

· It features two separate supply rails (VCCA and VCCB) operating from 1.2V to 3.6V, enabling universal bidirectional voltage translation.

· Data can be transmitted from the A bus to the B bus or vice versa without direction control.

· Outputs are tri-stated when data is received from both directions simultaneously.

· The output-enable (OE) input is used to disable outputs, isolating the buses.

· Control pins (xOE, xSEL, TEST_EN, OUT_SEL) are supplied by VCCB.

· To ensure high impedance during power-up or power-down, the OE input should be tied to VCC through a pull-up resistor.
