DESCRIPTION

· The PI4ULS5V201 is a 1-bit configurable dual supply bidirectional auto-sensing translator without a directional control pin.

· Tracks two different power supply rails, VCCA and VCCB, configurable from 1.2V to 5.5V.

· Translates voltage logic signals between VCCA and VCCB sides, allowing lower, higher, or equal value translations.

· Integrated 10 kΩ pull-up resistors on I/O lines, suitable for open-drain applications like I2C communication bus.

FEATURES

· VCCA can be less than, greater than, or equal to VCCB.

· Supports 1.2V to 5.5V on both A and B ports.

· High-speed with 20 Mb/s data rate for push-pull and 2 Mb/s for open-drain applications.

· No direction-control signal needed, low bit-to-bit skew, non-preferential power-up sequencing.

· ESD protection exceeds 8KV HBM per JESD22-A114.

· Available in UDFN1.2x1.6-8L and SOT23-6L packages.
