DESCRIPTION

· The PI6LC48P0301A is a 3-output LVPECL synthesizer optimized for generating Ethernet reference clock frequencies, part of Pericom’s HiFlexTM family.

· It uses a 25MHz or other fundamental frequency crystal to generate popular Ethernet frequencies based on 4 frequency select pins.

· Utilizes proprietary low phase noise PLL technology for ultra-low phase jitter, ideal for Ethernet interfaces in various systems.

FEATURES

· Three differential LVPECL output pairs.

· Selectable crystal oscillator interface or LVCMOS/LVTTL single-ended clock input.

· Supports output frequencies: 125MHz, 156.25MHz, 312.5MHz, 625MHz.

· RMS phase jitter @ 156.25MHz: 0.26ps (typical), 0.4ps (max).

· Full 3.3V or 2.5V supply modes.

· Operates in commercial and industrial ambient temperatures.

· Available in a lead-free 28-TQFN package.
