DESCRIPTION

· The PI74ALVTC16373 is a 16-bit transparent D-type latch with 3-STATE outputs, produced using 0.35 micron CMOS technology.

· It can function as two 8-bit latches or one 16-bit latch, suitable for buffer registers, I/O ports, bidirectional bus drivers, and working registers.

· The latch enable (LE) input controls the data flow, and the output enable (OE) input manages the output state, allowing for high-impedance outputs to prevent bus loading.

· Features I/O Tolerant and Bus Hold capabilities, making it ideal for mixed voltage systems and eliminating the need for pullup/down resistors.

FEATURES

· Operates at low voltage (VDD = 1.8V to 3.6V) with 3.6V I/O tolerant inputs and outputs.

· Supports live insertion and features Bus Hold to retain the last input state.

· High drive capability of -32/64mA @ 3.3V and includes patented noise reduction circuitry.

· Ensures high-impedance state during power up/down and operates industrially from -40°C to +85°C.

· Available in various 48-pin packages: TSSOP, TVSOP, and SSOP.
