DESCRIPTION

· The PI74FCT373T/533T/573T and P174FCT2373T/2573T are 8-bit octal transparent latches with 3-state outputs, designed for bus-oriented applications.
· Produced using advanced 0.6/0.8 micron CMOS technology, these devices achieve leading speed grades.
· Built-in 25 ohm series resistors on all outputs reduce noise from reflections, eliminating the need for external terminating resistors.
· When Latch Enable (LE) is HIGH, the flip-flops are transparent to data; data is latched when LE is LOW.
· The bus output is in a high impedance state when Output Enable (OE) is HIGH.
