DESCRIPTION

· Pericom Semiconductor's PI74LPT16373 is a 16-bit transparent latch with 3-state outputs for bus-oriented applications.
· Operates as two 8-bit latches or one 16-bit latch with Output Enable and Latch Enable controls.
· Transparent data flow when Latch Enable (LE) is HIGH; data latched when LE is LOW.
· High impedance state on bus output when Output Enable (OE) is HIGH.
· Compatible with 3.3V or 5.0V devices, suitable for mixed 3.3/5.0V systems.
