Overview

DESCRIPTION



· The PI74LPT16373 is a 16-bit transparent latch with 3-state outputs, designed for bus-oriented applications.

· It can operate as two 8-bit latches or one 16-bit latch, controlled by Output Enable (OE) and Latch Enable (LE).

· When LE is HIGH, the latch is transparent; when LE is LOW, data is latched. When OE is HIGH, outputs are in high impedance.

· Compatible with 3.3V and 5.0V systems, making it suitable for mixed voltage environments.

· Compatible with LCX™ and LVT™ product families.

· Supports 5V tolerant mixed signal mode operation (3V or 5V input, 3V or 5V bus output).

· Advanced low power CMOS operation with balanced drive (24 mA sink and source).

· Pin-compatible with industry-standard double-density pinouts.

· Low ground bounce outputs and hysteresis on all inputs.

· Industrial operating temperature range: -40°C to +85°C.

· Multiple center pins and distributed Vcc/GND pins minimize switching noise.

· Available in Pb-free and Green packaging: 48-pin TSSOP (A) and SSOP (V).
