DESCRIPTION

· The PI90LV031A, PI90LV027A, and PI90LV017A are LVDS differential line drivers supporting data rates over 400 Mbps.

· Designed for high-speed, low-power, and low-noise applications.

· Converts LVTTL/CMOS input to a 350mV differential output.

· PI90LV031A features a power-down mode for low-power idle state (13mW typical).

· Signaling rates exceed 400Mbps (200 MHz).

· Operates on a single 3.3V power supply.

· Differential swing of ±350mV.

· Maximum differential skew of 0.4ns.

· Maximum propagation delay of 2.0ns.

· Maximum power dissipation: 25mW @ 200 MHz/driver.

· LVTTL inputs.
