· The QRB1113/1114 features an infrared emitting diode and an NPN silicon phototransistor aligned on a converging optical axis within a black plastic housing.
· The phototransistor detects radiation from the diode when a reflective object enters its field of view.
· Optimal response area is approximately a circle of .200" diameter.
