DESCRIPTION
· QTM750 MHz CMOS Oscillator with a frequency range of 1MHz to 170MHz.
· Output enabled when Pin1 is Logic "1" or open; disabled when Pin1 is Logic "0".
· Integrated frequency ranges: 12kHz~5MHz for 10MHz~40MHz; 12kHz~20MHz for >40MHz.
· Storage Temperature Range: -55°C to +125°C.
· Operating Temperature Range: -10°C to +70°C; -40°C to +85°C.
· Frequency Stability: ±50ppm, ±25ppm for -10°C to +70°C; ±50ppm, ±30ppm, ±25ppm for -40°C to +85°C.
· Phase Jitter, RMS: 1 ps Max.
