DESCRIPTION
· QTT216 is a Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator (TCXO) with a nominal frequency range of 10MHz to 70MHz.
· It operates at supply voltages of 1.8V and 3.3V, with control voltage specifications depending on the supply voltage.
· The device features a clipped sinewave output and requires an external decoupling capacitor.
· It is designed for applications in portable radio communications, wearables, IoT devices, and mobile communications.
· The oscillator is RoHS compliant, Pb-free, and comes in an SMD seam sealing ceramic package.
