DESCRIPTION
· QTT252 is a Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator (TCXO) with a frequency range of 10MHz to 70MHz.
· It operates at supply voltages of 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V with a control voltage of 0.5*V DD ± 0.8V or ±1.0V depending on the supply voltage.
· The device features a clipped sinewave output and requires an external decoupling capacitor.
· It is RoHS compliant, Pb-free, and comes in an SMD seam sealing ceramic package.

· Frequency stability vs temperature: ±0.5ppm, ±2.0ppm from -30°C to +85°C.
· Phase noise: -135 dBc/Hz typical at 1kHz offset.
· Aging: ±1 ppm maximum at 25°C in the first year.
· Start-up time: 5 ms maximum.
· Auto Frequency Control (AFC) range: ±7ppm to ±16ppm (optional).
· Output load: 10kΩ // 10pF with a minimum output level of 0.8 V(p-p).
· Current consumption: 2.0 mA maximum.
· Operating temperature range: -30°C to +85°C or -40°C to +85°C.
· Storage temperature range: -55°C to +125°C.
