DESCRIPTION
· QTT252 is a Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator (TCXO) with a frequency range of 10MHz to 70MHz.
· It operates with a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 3.3V and features a clipped sinewave output.
· The device is designed for low power consumption, with a maximum current consumption of 2.0 mA.
· It is available in a RoHS compliant, Pb-free, SMD seam sealing ceramic package.
FEATURES
· Frequency stability of ±0.5ppm to ±2.0ppm over a temperature range of -30°C to +85°C.
· Phase noise of -135 dBc/Hz typical at 1kHz offset.
· Aging rate of ±1 ppm maximum at 25°C in the first year.
· Start-up time of 5 ms maximum.
· Auto Frequency Control (AFC) range of ±7ppm to ±16ppm, optional.
· Output load of 10kΩ // 10pF with a minimum output level of 0.8 V(p-p).
