DESCRIPTION
· The R1800K Series is a low quiescent current buck DC/DC converter designed for energy harvesting applications, particularly in photovoltaic and vibration energy harvesters.
· It features an ultra-low operating quiescent current of 144 nA, making it ideal for low-illumination environments and low-power equipment.
· The converter optimizes power supply from energy harvesters with its maximum power control function.

· Ultra-low operating quiescent current: 144 nA (Typical at 25°C, no load).
· High efficiency: Approximately 90% at 10 µA output current.
· Wide input voltage range: 2.0 V to 5.5 V.
· Adjustable output voltage range: 2.0 V to 4.5 V with ±3.0% accuracy.
· Low starting power: 720 nW.
· Reverse current protection for VIN ≥ 2.0 V.
· Maximum power voltage accuracy: 200 mV.
