DESCRIPTION

· The R2033x is a CMOS real-time clock IC with a 3-wire interface (CE, SCLK, SIO) for serial communication with a CPU.
· It features time and calendar data transmission, periodic and alarm interrupt circuits, and a stable oscillation circuit.
· Includes a 32.768kHz clock output for external microcomputers and an oscillation adjustment circuit for high precision.
· Available in TSSOP10G and QFN023023-16 packages for high-density board mounting.

FEATURES

· Operates at a minimum supply voltage of 0.66V to 5.5V (worst case 1.00V to 5.5V).
· Low power consumption: 0.45 µA typical at 3V.
· Three signal lines for CPU connection with a maximum clock frequency of 1MHz at 3V.
· Time and calendar counters in BCD format, with automatic leap year identification up to 2099.
· Interrupt circuits with selectable intervals from 0.5 seconds to 1 month, and two alarm interrupt circuits.
· 32kHz clock output with control pin, supply voltage monitoring with two threshold settings.
· High precision oscillation adjustment and built-in oscillation stabilization capacitors.
