DESCRIPTION
· The R5524x is a CMOS-based high-side MOSFET switch IC compliant with the USB standard.
· It functions as a load switch IC with integrated protection features.
· Utilizes an N-channel MOSFET with low on-resistance (typically 100 mΩ) for low dropout voltage.
· Includes overcurrent limiting, thermal shutdown, undervoltage lockout (UVLO), and reverse current protection circuits.
· Features an internal delay circuit to prevent false flag signals from inrush current.
· Available in 5-pin SOT-23-5 and 6-pin DFN(PL)1820-6 packages for compact board designs.
