DESCRIPTION
· The R5528Z001A is a CMOS-based overvoltage protector IC with reverse current protection.
· It uses an NMOS pass transistor for ultra-low on resistance (Typ. 54mΩ).
· Features include reverse current protection, soft-start, startup debounce, UVLO, and thermal shutdown circuits.
· Packaged in WLCSP-9-P1 for minimal footprint.

· Input Voltage Range: 2.3V to 36V.
· Output Current: Max. DC 3A.
· Switch On Resistance: 54mΩ at 5.0V, 100mA.
· OVP Threshold: 6.8V±3%.
· Includes PG function, reverse current protection, soft-start, startup debounce (15 ms), and thermal shutdown circuits.
· Package: WLCSP-9-P1 (1.27 mm x 1.27 mm x 0.64 mm).
