Overview

DESCRIPTION

· 1-bit non-inverting bidirectional voltage-level translator for mixed-voltage systems.
· Supports A ports (1.65V to 5.5V) and B ports (2.3V to 5.5V) with VCCA≤VCCB.
· Enables bidirectional translation between 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5V logic levels.
· High-impedance state when OE is low, reducing power consumption.
· Available in SOT23-6, SOT363(SC70-6), and DFN1.45x1.0-6L packages.
· Operating temperature range: -40°C to +85°C.

FEATURES

· No direction-control required.
· Data rates: 24Mbps (Push-Pull), 2Mbps (Open-Drain).
· VCC isolation: High-impedance state if either VCC is at GND.
· No power-supply sequencing: VCCA or VCCB can ramp first.
· Supports partial-power-down mode (IOFF).
