DESCRIPTION

· The RS31211/212/309/311 devices are active circuit protection devices with an integrated MOSFET, designed to limit current and voltage to safe levels during fault conditions. The current limit level is adjustable with a resistor, and the output voltage slew rate can be controlled with a capacitor. The device includes EN on/off control and input UVLO features, and is available in a compact WSON 8-pin, 2x2 mm package.
