DESCRIPTION
· The RS31312 is an active circuit protection device with an integrated MOSFET, designed to limit current and voltage to safe levels during fault conditions.
· It features adjustable current limit, input over-voltage protection, and output soft start time.
· The device includes a current monitor signal and is available in a 3x5mm QFN-22 package.
