· The RS31313 eFuse family is an active circuit protection device with an integrated MOSFET, designed to limit current and voltage to safe levels during fault conditions.

· It features a wide input voltage range from 4.5V to 16V and supports a current limit adjustable from 2A to 15A.

· The device includes configurable fault responses such as latch-off or auto-retry, with options for the number of retries and delay between retries.

· It is available in a compact LGA-26, 4x4 mm package, making it suitable for space-constrained applications.
