DESCRIPTION

· The RS31386 is an active circuit protection device with an integrated MOSFET, designed to limit current and voltage to safe levels during fault conditions.

· It features adjustable current limit, output soft start time, and short-circuit current limit.

· The device provides fault indication and fault type output for system monitoring and control.

· It can be connected in parallel for higher current applications, with active current sharing during soft start.

· Available in a compact LGA-32, 5x5 mm package.
