DESCRIPTION
· Single phase 4.0 Amp bridge rectifiers with a maximum recurrent peak reverse voltage ranging from 50 to 1000 Volts.
· Designed for single phase half wave, 60Hz, resistive or inductive loads. For capacitive loads, derate current by 20%.
· Lead length of 0.375" (9.5mm) at Ta=50°C.
