DESCRIPTION
· The S-19680 Series is a high side switch with current monitor function, developed using CMOS technology.
· It supplies voltage to the load connected to the OUT pin when the Pch output transistor is turned on.
· The series monitors and limits current from the VIN pin to the OUT pin using two external resistors.
· It detects short-circuit or open status of the load and outputs an alarm signal.
· Includes ON/OFF circuit for Pch output transistor control and a thermal shutdown circuit with selectable hysteresis or latch type.
· Suitable for vehicle and in-vehicle equipment; contact sales representatives before use.

· Power supply voltage: VDD = 2.7 V to 10.0 V.
· Current consumption: ISS1 = 12 μA typ., 24 μA max.
· ON resistance: RON = 1.1 Ω typ., 3.7 Ω max.
· Limit current: 40 mA to 100 mA, selectable in 10 mA steps.
· Load short-circuit detection current: ILIM × 0.3 to ILIM × 1.0, selectable in 0.1 steps.
· Load open detection current: 2.5 mA to 30 mA, selectable in 2.5 mA steps.
· Thermal shutdown circuit: Detection at 165°C typ., selectable hysteresis or latch type.
· Operation temperature range: Ta = −40°C to +105°C.
· Lead-free, halogen-free, AEC-Q100 qualified.
