DESCRIPTION

· The S-19682B Series is a high-side switch with a current monitor function, developed using CMOS technology. It is designed for automotive applications, operating up to 125°C with a 36 V input and capable of handling up to 300 mA. The IC includes features such as a thermal shutdown circuit, overvoltage detection, and an ON/OFF control circuit to manage the Pch output transistor.

· Current consumption: 55 μA typical during operation, 0.6 μA typical during power-off.
· ON resistance: 0.6 Ω typical.
· Selectable limit current from 100 mA to 300 mA in 10 mA steps.
· Current monitor function via CSO pin voltage.
· Built-in thermal shutdown circuit with a detection temperature of 170°C typical.
· Overvoltage detection and ON/OFF circuit for extended battery life.
· Under voltage lockout function with a detection voltage of 2.6 V typical.
· Operates in a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
· AEC-Q100 qualified and withstands 45 V load dump.
