DESCRIPTION

· The S-25A010A/020A/040A is a high-temperature, high-speed SPI serial E2PROM designed for automotive applications.
· It offers capacities of 1 K-bit, 2 K-bit, and 4 K-bit with organizations of 128x8, 256x8, and 512x8 respectively.
· Supports page write and sequential read operations.
