DESCRIPTION

· The S-25C320A/640A is a high-speed SPI serial E2PROM with low current consumption and wide operation range.

· It offers capacities of 32 K-bit and 64 K-bit, organized as 4096 words x 8-bit and 8192 words x 8-bit respectively.

· Supports page write and sequential read operations.

· Operating voltage: Read 1.6V to 5.5V, Write 1.7V to 5.5V.

· Operation frequency up to 5.0 MHz at VCC 2.5V to 5.5V.

· Maximum write time of 5.0 ms.

· Supports SPI modes (0,0) and (1,1).

· Page write capability: 32 bytes per page.

· Write protect features: Software and hardware with protect areas of 25%, 50%, 100%.

· CMOS Schmitt inputs for CS, SCK, SI, WP, HOLD.
