DESCRIPTION
· The S-5844A Series is a temperature switch IC with ±2.5°C accuracy, inverting output at detection temperature and restoring at release temperature.
· Operates at 1.65 V with 0.18 μA current consumption, integrating a temperature sensor, reference voltage circuit, and comparator.
· Available in SOT-23-5, SNT-4A, and HSNT-4 (1010) packages.
FEATURES
· Detection temperature: +50°C to +100°C in +5°C steps, ±2.5°C accuracy.
· Low voltage operation: 1.65 V min., 0.18 μA current consumption.
· Hysteresis temperature: 5°C, 10°C, 15°C, or 20°C selectable.
· Output logic: active "H" or "L", CMOS or Nch open-drain.
· Operation range: -40°C to +125°C, lead-free and halogen-free.
