DESCRIPTION

· The S-8244 Series is designed for secondary protection of lithium-ion batteries with one to four cells, featuring a high-precision voltage detector and delay circuit.

FEATURES

· High-precision voltage detector with overcharge detection range from 3.700 V to 4.550 V, accuracy ±25 mV at +25°C, ±50 mV from -40°C to +85°C.

· Five types of hysteresis: 0.38±0.1 V, 0.25±0.07 V, 0.13±0.04 V, 0.045±0.02 V, None.

· High-withstand voltage with an absolute maximum rating of 26 V.

· Wide operating voltage range from 3.6 V to 24 V.

· Adjustable delay time via external capacitor.

· Low current consumption: max 3.0 μA at 3.5 V per cell, max 2.4 μA at 2.3 V per cell at +25°C.

· Five output logic types: CMOS active "H", CMOS active "L", Pch open drain active "L", Nch open drain active "H", Nch open drain active "L".

· Lead-free and halogen-free.
