DESCRIPTION

· The SCA620 accelerometer integrates a silicon bulk micro-machined sensing element chip and a signal conditioning ASIC, housed in a pre-molded package with silicone gel and lid protection, featuring 8 SMD gull-wing legs.

FEATURES

· Operates on a single +5V supply with typical current consumption of 2.5 mA.
· Provides ratiometric output relative to supply voltage (Vdd = 4.75 V...5.25 V).
· Includes enhanced failure detection: true self-test via electrostatic force, memory parity check, and connection failure detection.
· Capable of driving wide loads up to 20 nF and offers true DC response.
· Complies with AEC-Q100 standard for automotive qualifications.
