DESCRIPTION
· Bi-Metal Temperature Controls are larger than standard thermostats, featuring a powerful bimetallic disc and higher electrical rating.
· Designed for heating, air conditioning systems, and industrial equipment, ensuring quick and accurate response.
· The bimetallic disc is thermally and electrically insulated to eliminate self-heating effects.
· Switch operation is rapid and positive, virtually eliminating contact chattering, false cycling, and arcing.
FEATURES
· Exposed disc, single operation, and SPDT options available.
· Custom manufacturing options include brackets, pipe and tube mounts, lead termination, over-molding, and epoxy sealing.
· Electrical Ratings: 120/240VAC, 25A, Resistive; 120VAC, 10FLA, 60LRA, Inductive; 240VAC, 5FLA, 30LRA, Inductive.
· Temperature Range: UL Models 33˚-302˚F (1˚-150˚C); Non-UL Models 302˚-350˚F (150˚-177˚C).
· Dielectric Strength: 1,500VAC/1-min.
· Approvals: UL (E145478, XAPX2), c-UL (E145478, XAPX8).
