DESCRIPTION

· The SE95 is a high-accuracy digital temperature sensor and thermal watchdog.

· It utilizes an on-chip band gap temperature sensor and Sigma Delta ADC technology.

· Features a 2-wire serial I2C-bus interface for data register access.

· Includes an open-drain output for overtemperature detection.

· Supports up to eight devices on the same bus with selectable logic address pins.

· Offers programmable conversion rates and operation modes.



FEATURES

· 13-bit temperature resolution with 0.03125°C accuracy.

· Programmable set-point registers for overtemperature shutdown and hysteresis limits.

· Configurable OS output modes: comparator and interrupt.

· Low power consumption with shutdown mode option.

· Compatible with LM75A and LM75 for temperature reading.

· Default settings include 10 conversions/s and predefined temperature thresholds.
