DESCRIPTION

· The SF2 filter cap is designed to protect SHT2x/3x/4x, SHTC1, and SHTC3 humidity and temperature sensors from dust, water immersion, and particle contamination.
· It minimizes the impact on humidity measurement response time by reducing the volume between the membrane and the sensor.
· The SF2 is constructed from a single piece of Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) with a welded filter membrane, available in black.
· It is mounted post-soldering by clipping into PCB openings, forming a compact unit with the sensor, suitable for device housing adaptation.
· Waterproof installation is achievable with adhesive and an o-ring.
