DESCRIPTION
· The SFM3000 is a digital flow meter designed for high-volume applications, measuring air, oxygen, and non-aggressive gases with high accuracy.
· It features a low-pressure drop design, making it ideal for demanding applications like medical ventilation.
· Operates on a 5V supply with a digital 2-wire I2C interface, offering internally linearized and temperature-compensated measurements.
· Utilizes Sensirion’s CMOSens® technology, integrating sensor, signal processing, and calibration on a single chip for fast, bidirectional flow measurement.
FEATURES
· Low pressure drop and bidirectional flow range of ±200 slm.
· High accuracy of 1.5% m.v. and fast update time of 0.5ms.
· Fully calibrated, temperature compensated, with zero offset and no drift.
· Fifth-generation silicon sensor chip SF05 includes thermal mass flow sensor, amplifier, A/D converter, EEPROM, and digital signal processing.
