DESCRIPTION

· The SHT1x series, including SHT10, SHT11, and SHT15, is a family of surface-mountable relative humidity and temperature sensors developed by Sensirion.

· These sensors integrate sensor elements and signal processing on a compact footprint, delivering fully calibrated digital outputs.

· Utilizing CMOSens® technology, they ensure high reliability and long-term stability.

· The sensors feature a capacitive element for humidity measurement and a band-gap sensor for temperature measurement, both connected to a 14-bit analog-to-digital converter and a serial interface circuit.

· Each unit is individually calibrated in a precision humidity chamber, with calibration coefficients stored in an OTP memory on the chip.
