DESCRIPTION

· SiP43101 is a dual power switch IC designed for driving resistive and inductive loads in industrial applications.
· It integrates all necessary control and power switching circuitry.
· The output switches are NPN power transistors configurable as high-side or low-side switches.
· Operates from 9-V to 35-V supply voltage range with a continuous output current rating of 200 mA.
· Available in standard and lead (Pb)-free 16-pin TSSOP and PowerPAK MLP-44 packages.
