DESCRIPTION

· SiP43102 is a dual power switch IC designed for industrial applications, capable of driving resistive and inductive loads.
· It includes NPN power transistors configurable as high-side or low-side switches, operating up to 35 V with a continuous output current of 200 mA.
· Features internal zener diodes for voltage clamping, UVLO, current limit, short circuit protection, and thermal shutdown.
· Available in 16-pin TSSOP and PowerPAK MLP-44 packages, with both standard and Pb-free options.
