DESCRIPTION

· SiP4613A and SiP4613B are protected high-side power switches.

· Operates from 2.4 V to 5.5 V with a continuous current of 1 A.

· Features user-settable current limit for system protection.

· Low shutdown supply current, less than 1 µA.

· Includes flag output for fault conditions like short and thermal protection.

· Protected by undervoltage lockout and thermal shutdown.

· Available in lead-free 6-pin PowerPAK TSC75-6 for industrial temperature range (-40°C to 85°C).
