DESCRIPTION

· SKT04C102M11A6 chip capacitor with a dielectric constant of 30000.
· Rated working voltage of 16V with a capacitance value of 1000pF at 1kHz, 1 Vrms, 25°C, no DC bias.
· Capacitance tolerance of ±20% and a maximum dissipation factor of 2.5% under the same conditions.
· Insulation resistance minimum of 10,000MΩ at 16Vdc, 25°C and dielectric withstanding voltage of no breakdown at 40Vdc for 2 seconds, 25°C.
· Temperature characteristic of capacitance with a DC bias characteristic of -25% at 16Vdc, 1kHz, 1 Vrms, 25°C.



FEATURES

· Manufactured to metric dimensions with imperial units for reference only.
· RoHS compliant with a guaranteed shelf life of 1 year under recommended storage conditions.
· Wire bonding location should be 25um or further from edges of the electrode to avoid peeling.
· Capacitance, temperature coefficient, and dissipation factor measured before any AC or DC bias application.
· Recommended storage conditions: 23 +/- 10°С @ 60% RH Max in waffle packaging.
