DESCRIPTION
· The SM320B to SM3100B series are 3.0 Amp Surface Mount Schottky Barrier Rectifiers.
· These rectifiers are designed for single-phase half-wave, 60Hz, resistive or inductive loads.
· For capacitive loads, derate current by 20%.
· Voltage range spans from 20 to 100 Volts.
