DESCRIPTION
· The SMF4L series is a surface-mount TVS diode in a SOD-123FL package, designed to protect sensitive electronics from voltage transients caused by lightning and other events.
FEATURES
· 400W peak pulse power at 10/1000µs waveform.
· Compatible with SOD-123FL industrial standard package.
· Low profile with a maximum height of 1.08mm.
· Low inductance and excellent clamping capability.
· Fast response time, typically less than 1.0ns.
· High temperature soldering at 260°C for 30 seconds.
· Glass passivated junction and built-in strain relief.
· Halogen-free, RoHS compliant, and Pb-free E3.
· Recognized by UL 497B as an Isolated Loop Circuit Protector.
APPLICATIONS
· Protection of I/O interfaces and VCC bus in cellular phones, portable devices, and business machines.
· Suitable for power supplies and other consumer electronics.
· ESD and EFT protection of data lines in accordance with IEC 61000-4-2 and IEC 61000-4-4.
