DESCRIPTION



· These octal latches are designed for low-voltage (3.3-V) VCC operation with TTL interface capability for 5-V systems.

· The latch-enable (LE) input controls the Q outputs to follow or latch the data (D) inputs.

· An output-enable (OE) input allows the outputs to be placed in a normal logic state or high-impedance state, facilitating bus driving without additional components.



FEATURES



· Supports mixed-mode signal operation with 5-V input and output voltages at 3.3-V VCC.

· Typical V_OLP (Output Ground Bounce) is less than 0.8 V at VCC = 3.3 V, TA = 25°C.

· Operates with unregulated battery voltages down to 2.7 V.

· Features Ioff and Power-Up 3-State support for hot insertion.

· Includes bus hold on data inputs to eliminate the need for external pullup/pulldown resistors.

· Exceeds 500 mA in latch-up performance per JESD 17.

· Provides ESD protection exceeding JESD 22 standards: 2000-V Human-Body Model (A114-A) and 200-V Machine Model (A115-A).
