DESCRIPTION



· The SPCM-AQRH Single Photon Counting Module by Excelitas Technologies detects single photons from 400nm to 1060nm with superior performance.

· Features a unique silicon avalanche photodiode with a circular active area, achieving over 70% photon detection efficiency at 650nm.

· Generates a TTL-level pulse for each detected photon, available at the BNC connector, requiring 50 Ω termination.

· Includes thermoelectric cooling and temperature control for stable performance across an operating temperature range of 5˚C to 70˚C.

· Offers mounting options: free space window, FC fiber adaptor, C-mount, or tube cage mount bracket/adaptor.

· Improved electronic circuits reduce minimum dead time to less than 25 ns, enhancing linearity and dynamic range.

· Internal protection circuitry safeguards against damage from ambient lighting overload.

· Complies with the European Union’s RoHS Directive 2015/863/EU.
