DESCRIPTION

· The 2N/SST5484 series consists of n-channel JFETs designed for high-performance amplification, especially at frequencies up to and beyond 400 MHz.

· Available in TO-226AA (TO-92) and TO-236 (SOT-23) packages, offering low-cost options and tape-and-reel for automated assembly.
