DESCRIPTION

· The HTxxx, HTMxxx, and STxxx series are bidirectional DIAC trigger devices with voltage characteristics ranging from 27V to 70V.

· These DIACs transition from a blocking state to a conduction state when the applied voltage exceeds the breakover voltage, regardless of polarity.
